The digestive system consists of the oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and ends at the anus. The digestive system in humans can be studied directly and indirectly. However, these learning resources are less interesting and less interactive. Therefore AR (Augmented reality) technology is the right solution to overcome this problem. This study aims to create applications using augmented reality technology in the digestive system using the Markerless Based Tracking method with 3D animation. By utilizing the camera features on smartphone devices to detect flat surfaces, a simulation of 3D animation will appear. Augmented reality is the incorporation of an object that exists in cyberspace (virtual) into the real world in the form of 2D or 3D that can be seen and heard in real time. The method used in this research is Markerless Based Tracking. Applications utilizing augmented reality technology on the human digestive system can be used by elementary students and the general public. Based on the results of the usability test, it is known that the value of 80% of the criteria for effect, control, efficiency and application learnability. It can be concluded that the information media of the human digestive system is appropriate to be used to assist learning for students, college students and the public who want to study it, because it can increase interest and interest. This application will run on the Android 7.0 mobile platform (Nougat) and support ARCore with an application capacity of 145MB. Keywords : Augmented reality (AR), Markerless Based Tracking, Digestive system.
