Bogor 16143 Email: ferdinandus@gmail.com ABSTRAK Daun reundeu digunakan untuk menangani kesulitan buang air kecil. Berbagai penyakit pada sistem urinaria seperti infeksi saluran kemih, batu saluran kemih, urethritis dan gagal ginjal secara empiris. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan aktivitas diuretik ekstrak etanol 70% daun reundeu (EEDR) dengan dosis terbaik pada tikus putih jantan galur Sprague-Dawley. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Lipschitz yaitu mengukur cairan volume urin yang dikeluarkan selama 6 jam, dengan menggunakan 5 kelompok perlakuan, kelompok 1 diberikan kontrol negatif (CMC Na 0,5 %), kelompok 2 diberikan kontrol positif (furosemid 5,04 mg/200 g BB), Kelompok 3 diberikan dosis 1 EEDR 6,67 mg/ 200 g BB, Kelompok 4 diberikan dosis 2 EEDR 13,35 mg/ 200 g BB, Kelompok 5 diberikan dosis 3 EEDR 20,03 mg/ 200 g BB. Parameter uji yang digunakan adalah pengukuran volume urin dan pH urin hewan uji. Hasil penelitian uji diuretik menunjukan bahwan ekstrak etanol 70% daun reundeu memiliki aktivitas diuretik secara bermakna pada jam ke-6 terhadap kelompok uji pemberian dengan nilai volume urin dosis I 1,62 mL, dosis II 1,74 mL dan dosis III 2,74 mL. Berdasarkan pemberian dosis ekstrak etanol 70% daun reundeu terhadap aktivitas diuretik diperoleh hasil dosis efektivitas pada dosis III yaitu 20,03 mg/200 g BB yang memperoleh hasil rata-rata urin sebesar 7,4 ± 0,334 mL. Hasil tersebut memiliki aktivitas diuretik kuat yang setara dengan kontrol positif furosemid 5,04 mg/ 200 g BB dengan hasil rata-rata urin sebesar 10,5 ±13,5 mL. Kata Kunci: Diuretik, Daun Reundeu, Tikus Putih Jantan ABSTRACK The reundeu leaves are use to treat urinary difficulties, which is often experienced by social community. The time various diseases of the urinary system such as handle urinary tract infections, urinary tract stones, urethritis and kidney failure empirically. The best of result study of purpose was to determine of diuretic activity from 70% etanhol extract of reundeu leaves (EEDR) with the best dose on white male Sprague-Dauley rats strain. The method used in this study is lipschitz method, which is measuring the volume of fluid excreted on urine cavacity for 6 hours. The method having 5 treatment for anygroups. The group 1 was given negative control (CMC Na 0.5 %), the group 2 was given positive control (Furosemide 5.04 mg/200 g rats), the group 3 was given a dose of 1 EEDR 6.67 mg/200 g rats, the group 4 was given 2 EEDR 13.35 mg/200 g rats and group 5 was given 3 EEDR 20.03 mg/200 g rats. Parameters of the test is measurement of volume and urine pH by the rats Sprague-Dauley. The results of diuretic test showed that of 70% ethanol extract of reundeu leaves on activity urinated significantly at 6 hours of the test group giving with velue of the volume urin is dose I 1.62 mL, dose II 1.74 mL and dose III 2.74 mL. Based on the number of doses of 70 % ethanol extract of reundeu leaves on the diuretic activity with Sprague-Dawley male white rats. The results of the dose effectiveness is dose III with 20.03 mg/200 g rats which obtained an average urine value is 7.4 ± 0.334 mL. The results have a strong diuretic activity equivalent to the positive control Furosemide 5.04 mg/200 g rats with an average urine output of 10.5 ± 13.5 mL.
