Abstrak :-ABSTRACT
As a digital learning service provider, the main focus that needs to be ensured
is that the web performance produced is high and the web runs smoothly. One of the
critical aspects of the SLP website is the interface, because users need comfort when
studying. In order to develop the SLP web, cognitive walkthrough and A/B testing
methods were chosen to carry out assessments and decision making on the SLP web
interface. This method is suitable for measuring interfaces based on user requirements.
The cognitive walkthrough method resulted in the learnability aspect being worth 1.8,
the effectiveness aspect being 90%, the efficiency aspect being 89%, ten errors, and a
satisfaction score of 52.0. Next, a new interface was created based on the problems
that occurred in the cognitive walkthrough evaluation. The new and previous interfaces
were compared using the A/B testing method. The results of the A/B test are a
significant change of at least 3% in the new appearance of SLP. On the basis of these
tests the new SLP interface was launched.
