This study aims to analyze the relationship between drug information services on understanding and satisfaction of pharmacy consumers. This research non-experimental is a descriptive with approach cross sectional. Data was collected by using a questionnaire in the form of a google form with 160 respondent as consumers. The research was carried out at the Sekarwangi, Mirahna, Assyifa, Bahagia, and Zayan Farma pharmacies. The results showed that the score for drug information services provided by pharmacists was 63, which means that drug information services have been provided with good quality. Respondent understanding after being given drug information services for the group of respondent who bought prescription drugs was 63,9% and the group of respondent who bought non-prescription drugs was 57,4%. Then for the level of consumer satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy is in the satisfied category with an average score of 63,4%. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between drug information sevices and consumer understanding and satisfaction.
