Abstract
Colic is a general term used for symptoms of abdominal pain that can be caused by a variety of different conditions affecting the organs in the abdominal cavity. Colic is symptom that every horse owner should be aware of because it can cause death in horses. Expert system is a technology that can help horse owners or users to consult about colic symptoms like a doctor or expert. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only an expert in the field can solve.
